PTSD therapy, like EMDR, aids recovery. Grounding techniques help. What’s helped your PTSD symptoms? How do you stay grounded?
 
I don’t have it but I believe CBT or EMDR really work. Also, building a support system, practicing meditation and creating safe routines are beneficial. I think small, consistent steps help reclaim control.
