Can setting healthy boundaries affect mental health, and what are some of these healthy boundaries one can set in a relationship to protect their mental health and the strategies to carry out these boundaries.

Boundaries are essential in relationships to maintain respect and individuality. I’ve seen couples thrive when they communicate limits clearly, like personal space or time alone. Healthy boundaries prevent misunderstandings, reduce conflict, and build trust, making the relationship stronger and more balanced.

Boundaries protect personal space, build trust, and ensure respect in relationships. Setting clear limits helped me maintain balance and avoid resentment. Healthy boundaries create safety, allowing both partners to grow individually and together.

Boundaries are good to and extent just be careful not to overset boundaries so you won't end up lonely in your space. Here's how to set commendable boundaries; communicate in respect and in love how you need things to be done, how things must be kept and how to handle your things so there won't be conflicts in a relationship.
