What are some small wins that if people acknowledge more could help with their mental health?

For some people, the reason that they are having mental health issues is just the fact that they have goals they haven't been able to achieve. That's seems to draw them into depression.

But there are small wins that if people acknowledge more, they would be grateful and not fall into depression.

What are some small wins that you think people should be grateful for that can help to boost their mental health?
 
The thing is that we always focus our minds on the big things that we have failed to achieve. And we end up getting depressed. Simple things like waking up, being able to do your laundry, getting a new dress are all things that we should be grateful for. And that would boost our mental health to achieve more.
 
Sometimes short-term wins can have a major impact on long-term goals. You can set your goals and make sure your goals align with what you want to achieve. This requires careful considerations of current plans and this requires focus.
