Social and professional comparison is constant. Where do you notice it most? How do you stop comparison from affecting your mood? What helps you stay grounded in your own progress?

I wouldn't say comparison is the biggest trigger for anxiety but I believe comparison is one of the main reasons for anxiety. Constant Comparison is being amplified by popular media and this is making people anxious.

For people that have low self esteem, comparison is the biggest trigger for their anxiety. They always see the progress of another person as a threat to their survival. And the survival mode is triggered which leads to lots of anxiety.
