Does Your Environment Affect Your Ambition?

I think environment matters a lot. Being around motivated people or in a supportive space can push you to aim higher, while a stressful or stagnant environment can drain drive and make goals feel harder to reach.

I believe working in a bad environment can absolutely affect your ambition. If you work somewhere where they don't reward good behavior and good work and bad behavior goes unchecked, then that can make some people quite trying to do good work at their jobs.
