Missing the old times

I find myself missing the old times more than anything else.

I miss the old internet. I miss the old economy. I miss the old world problems.

I miss it all so much that it makes me depressed.

Do any of you relate at all?

I truly miss the good old days. That time, no pressure, no responsibilities, it's pure joy. I still remember the old music, old friends, even old food spots. Life was slower then, but I also remind myself that growth brought new blessings too. It’s not possible for everything to remain the same.

I also miss the old days. Life was simpler back then. The prices were lower, and there was not much social media toxicity. I hope could go back in time. Hehe

Nostalgia can bring comfort but also highlight loss, sometimes triggering sadness or anxiety. Reflecting on past times helps process emotions, yet focusing too much on “better days” may affect present mental health and resilience.
