Do you believe "decision fatigue" is real?

I believe that "decision fatigue" is real. I experience it myself. I have a hard time making a decision, especially if it is a major one. I am scared of making the wrong choice, as it can adversely impact not only my life but others' lives, too. Do you believe "decision fatigue" is common in millennials?

Yes, I think decision fatigue is real. When you make too many choices in a day, even small ones, mental energy drops. You start avoiding decisions or choosing poorly. I notice it most when work demands constant judgment without breaks.

I believe decision fatigue is real. After making too many choices in a day, even small ones start to feel draining. It becomes harder to think clearly, stay patient, or make good judgments. I’ve felt it myself on busy days when simple tasks suddenly feel heavier than they should.
