I think therapy isn’t always the single solution, it depends on the person and the issue. For many, it provides tools, perspective, and coping strategies, but it can feel like dependence if someone relies solely on sessions without practicing skills in daily life.
I see it as most effective when combined with self-reflection, lifestyle changes, and support networks. Therapy offers guidance, but real growth happens when you apply what you learn, build resilience, and develop strategies to manage challenges independently over time.
