Young people are expected to succeed quickly, often comparing themselves to others online. Does this pressure lead to burnout? How can expectations be made more realistic?

I think this is one of the major mental health issues in young people. They are under constant pressure to perform well at school because they need education to get a good job. they need to choose a good subject at college so that they have higher chances of getting better jobs. Career choices are creating mental health issues

I think constant comparison and pressure to succeed quickly online definitely contribute to burnout. Social media highlights achievements without context, making setbacks feel personal or abnormal.
