Could a basic text message seem difficult for some millennials?

As a millennial myself, there are times when a basic text message can sound like a heavy task for me. Maybe because I grew up in a household where parents do not care about our mental health. They do not take mental health issues seriously. Therefore, when I receive a simple text message, I feel anxious, and I find it difficult. The majority of millennials feel like their brains really are loaded. What do you think?

Yes, for some millennials, even simple texts can feel stressful. Expectations for quick replies, unclear tone, or anxiety about wording can make sending a basic message feel heavier than it seems. Context and personal comfort with digital communication matter a lot.

See, I'd rather text than put a phone up to my head.

I don't think it's healthy for you to put something like that as close to your head and brain.

Call me paranoid, LOL.

I'll text and email all day long before answering the phone.

I'm the "ignore your call and ask you what you wanted in a text right after" guy. I know. I know. A lot of you hate me LOL
