What was the most stressful situation you have been a part of? For me I think it was when my mom had a fall in a store. My father, mother and I were at the store to get a card for a family member. We were all separated in the store and I heard some commotion a line over. My mom was down and a man was helping her. I thought she was dying that day.

Thankfully she was okay. She passed out I guess and hit her head. Had a concussion as well but made a full recovery.

I've had a lot.

Recently, my previous job caused me so much stress, I was getting ulcers from it.

When I was kid, I was in quite a few situations where my mother was being active abuse or I was being abused, mentally but mostly physically. Of course back then, the abuse towards me was considered discipline. It just shouldn't had resulted in welts and bruising that was severe enough that sitting down was extremely painful.

In my security work in the past, I'd been involved with violent crime, arresting people who fought against it, and seeing people basically commit suicide from illicit drugs.

Nowadays, I try to keep away from those situations. I'm 41 and I don't need anything that puts stress on my heart and health aside from good stress like fitness.
