Is animation Just For Kids?

Is animation just for kids? I don't think so, there are plenty of violent, adult, and depressing animated shows. Why do people say that animation is just for kids? Are there still biases in that industry?
 
I too agree they are for everyone even I watch some animated videos and leanring is done through animation only.
People are blind and they never knew except cartoon for kids unless they really utilize those videos.

There are some anime that would be categorically said they are for adults because of the kind of contents they carry. Anything other than that, most anime are very good for kids.

I have lots of them that my little one's are enjoying. The last anime I watched was Cyberpunk : Edgerunners.
 
Animation isn't just for kids. Anime is a very popular genre among adults. These days they even make animated shows and movies with adult audience in mind.
