Juggling finances, childcare, and work leaves little recovery time. Why does chronic stress appear more frequently in these households, and how can community or policy interventions help manage it?

As someone who was a single parent from early 2015 until now, bringing up children who were all aged 10 and below, I can admit that there is stress with everything that you have to juggle, but if you get yourself into a routine and stick with that routine, it can help elimiate a lot of the stress many would go through who just try to juggle everything randomly.

My kids are all much older now and I have three that are adults and one that is about to be 17 in May, and as much as I have gone through some stress, it was never as much as I thought it would be with a solid routine in place.
