This isn't helping my mental health or the mental health of other trans people in the United States. Our president released a new Terrorist Countermeasure Guide and listed in the file twice was "trans ideology". This is what we mean that Trump actions are harming trans people and are negatively affecting the mental health and physical health of trans people in the country. Other countries in the world are stripping rights away from trans people. This is what fear does to people, it causes them to hate other people. If you want to read the Terrorist Countermeasure Guide, I have it linked. What allies should do now is be there for the people they know who are trans, unfortunately allies are also labeled as "terrorists" for simply supporting and helping trans people. For those who are needing help, please reach out to your therapists, psychologists and if you can look into taking refuge in a safe state or country if you have the means. This is a serious topic and I think it was worth sharing here so I can help others who are negatively being affected by this. The threats to trans people are on page 7.
