Recovery often involves slowly restoring routines, relationships, and confidence step by step. Progress can feel uneven but meaningful. What helps you rebuild your daily structure? What first steps feel most important after a setback?

I think the best way is to start small and not expect yourself to bounce back overnight. Simple things like getting back into a routine, taking care of basic needs, going outside, and reconnecting with people you trust can make a big difference. Little steps eventually help life feel normal again.

I also believe that we need to start small instead of trying to fix everything at once. After a setback, I usually focus on simple routines like getting up at a consistent time, eating regular meals, and tackling one manageable task. Small wins help rebuild confidence, and the routine gradually becomes easier to maintain.
