Large followings can amplify criticism into harassment with a single post. Even indirect comments can trigger attacks. Does influence come with ethical responsibility? Should creators be held accountable for how their audiences behave?

I think some influencers may unintentionally encourage digital violence. By amplifying harmful content, mocking individuals, or fostering extreme debates for engagement, they can normalize harassment or bullying, even without realizing the impact of their reach and influence on online audiences.

I think influence definitely comes with responsibility. Creators can’t control every comment, but they set the tone for their audience. Calling out harmful behavior, promoting respect, and being mindful of messaging seems fair. Accountability feels important, especially if their content encourages or ignores toxic behavior.
