Saying no sounds simple but feels hard in practice. Where do you struggle most with boundaries? Have boundaries improved your mental health? What pushback have you faced, and how did you handle it?
 
I think personal boundaries are essential, not just theoretical. They protect your time, energy, and emotional well-being. Without them, stress, resentment, and burnout build up, even if relationships or work seem manageable on the surface.
