I hear that ones mental health can be affected if you have a poor diet. I know eating junk food isn't going to help you, as it can have an adverse affect on your brain. What are some foods that can cause problems? I know eating a lot of sugar is detrimental to your health, along with taking in too much sodium. It all comes down to a balanced diet.
 
Yes, cutting out certain foods can help mental health. I’ve noticed reducing sugar, highly processed foods, and excessive caffeine can improve mood, energy levels, and focus, while a balanced diet rich in whole foods supports overall brain function.
