Horror movies have certain scenes that can be disturbing to the mind. Do you get mentally disturbed when you watch horror movies , or doesn't it bother you that much?

Horror movies can affect my mood, especially if I'm already stressed or watching something particularly disturbing. I might feel uneasy afterward or have trouble sleeping. But when I'm in the right mood, a good horror movie can be fun and even a nice way to release tension.
