Hey guys. I'm Brem, but you can also call me Dave. Dave is my real name, but I use Brem on some sites. Anyway, saw this site and figured I'd join up. I'm always looking to improve upon my mental health, and wanted to join a forum specifically targeted towards it. So here I am. This place seems fitting enough.

And while I'm at it, some things I am into include; video games, movies (big into movies), tv, music, art, photography, spending time with my family and friends and so much more. Also I really love thrifting, it's kind of my therapy in a way.
