Too much time alone can feel isolating, while too much social interaction can leave you exhausted. How much alone time do you actually need to feel mentally balanced?
I think the key is making time for both instead of treating alone time as something you only get when everything else is done. I enjoy spending time with people I care about, but having some quiet time to recharge helps me be more present in those relationships.
For me, even a little quiet time each day makes a difference. It doesn't have to be hours. Just enough time to unwind, think, or do something on my own helps me recharge. Without that balance, too much social interaction can start to feel overwhelming.
