Sometimes, certain organizations can delay the salary of workers for one reason or another. If you work in such an environment, how do you react to your salary being delayed? Does it affect your mental health as it relates to the work?

I think delayed salaries are frustrating because employees still have bills and responsibilities even when the company is struggling. I'd first ask for a clear explanation and a realistic payment date. If delays became a pattern without proper communication, I'd seriously reconsider staying.
