There are a lot of health benefits of getting outside. Getting outside is good for your mental, physical as well as emotional health. When you get outside, it strengthens your immunity, you get Vitamin D, keeps your weight healthy. Getting outside also eases your anxiety, improves sleep, makes you feel better about yourself, improves you focus, and boost creativity. Getting outside also makes you social.

How often do you get outside?

Not as often as I probably should. Technically I go outside every day, because I do have to take my dog out from time to time to go outside to potty and all that. But I don't go for walks like I used to, or go to many places like I used to. I think it's good to get out, maybe get some camping done, go for a hike, see friends and family, etc. I definitely need to do that more often.

I go out every day because of my offline regular job. But that's important that people must go out to keep themself fit and healthy.

I usually do not go outside during sunny days because it can harm your skin. You can get vitamin D from sunlight. However, you should avoid going out during hit days when heat stroke is prevalent.

I try to get outside every day, even if it’s only for a short walk. Spending time outdoors really helps me clear my head, lift my mood, and reset my energy. Fresh air and a little sunlight usually make me feel more balanced, so I make a point not to stay indoors for too long unless I’m buried in work.
