Filters and edited content may fuel unrealistic self-image expectations. Teens report obsessing over small features, avoiding photos or comparing themselves constantly. How can parents recognize early signs of body dysmorphia? What online habits reduce its intensity?

I don't think this problem is only related to GeZ, even other generations are too much fixated on their appearance. The older generation is constantly trying to hide their old features. The rise of broadcasting media, and the popularity of short form videos is making people form all generation too much fixated on their looks

I have learnt not to follow everything I see on social media cheepishly. There are lots of people living a fake life there. They only show their best version. Filters, edits, and perfect lighting are the instruments they use. It can mess up your mind if care was not taken.
