Men Hiding in Bathroom For Peace and Quiet

There has been some studies where it is stated that men spend about 7 hours every a year hiding in bathroom just for peace and quiet. If you are a man, do you hide in bathroom for peace, are you spending more time in bathroom because you want a quiet time? Have you seen your man (if you are a woman) spending long time in the bathroom, have you ever suspected that he is trying to find peace?

It’s a real thing for some people, especially when they feel overwhelmed. Bathrooms can be the only quiet, private space where they can mentally reset without interruptions, pressure, or expectations. It’s less about avoiding life and more about finding a moment of calm in a busy or stressful environment.
Thankfully I haven’t seen this in my home..
