Have you been in a workplace that you carry the weight of expectations. When things break down and systems are failing, everyone looks up to you to make it work. It gets worse when you are trying your best to make it work and other members of the team are acting impatient. You want to react but you can't react. No one knows you are at the verge of breaking down.

How do you handle the stress and pressure of being the "person that everything revolves around" in the workplace?
