I'm a millennial and one thing I often see come from baby boomers and some Gen Xers is that they shouldn't have handed out participation trophies to us when we were growing up. They believe that in doing so, it made millennials expect to always be right. Do you believe that these participation trophies affected our mental health? I personally don't think this is the case, I know many hard working millennials that don't expect everyone to bend over backwards for them.
