According to some studies, people who stay active with regular exercises are more like to be caring and positive partners compared to those who don't exercise, regular exercises not only improves your physical, mental and emotional health but it also improves your relationship. If you are in relationship, you should certainly exercise more often to strengthen your relationship as it will make you more caring and positive.
 
If you go out and walk with your partner, not only are you both getting well needed exercise you two can bond together and get closer too. If your relationship is a bit rocky, try exercising together and see if that helps.

Regular activity helps reduce stress, improves mood, and increases energy, which makes it easier to communicate calmly and stay patient with your partner. It can also create shared experiences if done together, like walking or exercising. Actually, it’s not the activity itself, but the positive effect it has on mood, health, and connection that strengthens relationships.
 
Many couples go for exercising together motivating each other for their fitness goal. Going out for exercises and walk together also strengthens the bond. Exercises are well known for bringing mental, physical and emotional well being. Exercises reduce stress and releases happy hormones. And person who is happy and peaceful has a better relationship.

Something I notice is that when life becomes busy, you can find that as a couple, your relationship can lose its way, and it can sometimes affect your relationship in bad ways.

I also believe in such that when you exercise there is always a tendency to neglect things that doesn't really matter so what I know as the major factor that contribute to family problem is following things that doesn't matter once you indulge in excercise such circumstances are overlooked
