Those who practice tai chi tend to have a less stressful life. It helps relieve anxiety as well as depression and has been known to also help with memory, as well as attention. Do you practice Tai Chi and if you do how often do you practice it? Studies have also shown that even doing so for as little as an hour a week can greatly improve your mental health, which is a small period of time to sit aside for your mental wellbeing. I haven't done this myself but I think I might look into it soon, it might even help me sleep a bit better too.

I haven’t tried it myself, but I have read that Tai Chi can support mental health mainly through its slow, mindful movement and breathing.
It helps reduce stress by calming the nervous system and encouraging present-moment awareness. They say it also improves mood, focus, and sleep quality when practiced regularly.
