Trying to understand everything in life can easily get you depressed. It can lead to over-thinking which can lead to anxiety, and mental exhaustion. There are things that are too complex around you that you just don't bother understanding them for your sanity and mental health.

Are there some complexities that you don't bother about for the sake of your mental health?

Absolutely. Not everything needs to be analyzed or resolved. Some things drain more energy than they’re worth, and letting them be is its own kind of wisdom. Protecting peace often means choosing not to dig into every mystery, argument, or motive. Sometimes acceptance, even without full understanding, is the healthiest way to move forward.

People always use this to cover up and hurt people. I understand that there are some issues that have complex dynamics that the more you dig into them, the more depressing it becomes for you. But don't cheat on me if I am in a relationship with you, and you expect me to let it slide because I can't truly understand it. This idea of not trying to understand everything works in certain situations.

I let go of certain complexities for peace of mind. I ignore arguments without purpose and problems beyond control. I avoid chasing perfection and constant comparison. I focus on actions that move life forward. I protect energy by choosing silence when noise offers nothing. Letting go feels like gaining space to breathe and think clearly.
