Weighted blanket

I have read a lot online about weighted blankets. I have never tried this personally, but, do you feel that a weighted blanket can assist anxiety? Some even say that it may reduce the condition. What do you think?
 
Never heard of "weighted blankets." I did a quick research and found that weighted blankets mimic hug, and it can be beneficial for anxiety as it relaxes nervous system and improve sleep quality.
 
Weighted blankets can help some people feel calmer, mainly because the deep pressure can be soothing and reduce physical restlessness. For mild anxiety or sleep trouble, that calming effect can be beneficial. I haven’t tried it myself though.
