If you work or study from home what type of stress do you reckon people (or you) could get from staying at home.

I think the biggest would be the feeling of not getting to work in a team physically and feeling alone. Sometimes the social feeling of being around people helps ease certain stress.

I think maybe it could also affect boundaries between work and personal life because it's hard to shut off. There might even be distractions at home that you may not get in a physical work location.

Working or studying from home can be stressful due to constant interruptions, difficulty separating work from relaxation, and feeling isolated. Over time, it can lead to burnout, reduced productivity, and challenges maintaining social connections.

I work from home, I have been working from home for the last 10 years with an exception of working in an organization for around a year. One common cause for stress related to my work is distractions. I get distractions all the time, and when I am distracted I am not able to complete my work on time. This causes a lot of stress. Another cause is making enough money to be able to pay bills. As a work from home professional, sometimes I don't get any task and when that happens, my earnings will drop and it causes me stress.
