I don't know a whole lot about Psychotic Disorders. I'm aware of conditions like schizophrenia, but I don't think everyone is psychotic because of it. But what kind of disorders are there under the umbrella of psychotic disorders?

I believe suffering from addictions is a kind of disorder. Addictions occur when your reward system gets disrupted. This is a psychotic condition and a mental disease, according to me. Apart from that, OCD is also one of the worst mental disorder.

I think it’s hard to say any one psychotic disorder is “the worst,” because experiences and severity vary a lot. Disorders like schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia, or brief psychotic episodes can all be challenging in different ways. Some involve persistent hallucinations, delusions, or mood disruptions. What matters most is access to treatment and support, which can make living with any psychotic disorder more manageable.
