What's the one work habit that has actually helped your mental health?

What is one work habit, big or small, that has improved your mental health and maybe productivity? For me, I started taking more smaller breaks throughout the day, I go on walks around the area when the weather is nice so I get get up, move around, and get away from my screen which I usually sit in front all day. I also walk around and make conversation with some of my coworkers to take my mind off whatever it is I'm working on.
 
I started waking up early in the morning, and also going for walk in the late afternoon. These two habits have helped me with my mental health. When I wake up in the morning, I feel more energetic and positive vibes fill inside me. When I go for a walk, my stress levels come down, and I also get a lot of good ideas in my brain.
