What is one work habit, big or small, that has improved your mental health and maybe productivity? For me, I started taking more smaller breaks throughout the day, I go on walks around the area when the weather is nice so I get get up, move around, and get away from my screen which I usually sit in front all day. I also walk around and make conversation with some of my coworkers to take my mind off whatever it is I'm working on.
