Medication can help manage symptoms, but side effects, stigma, or forgetfulness may affect consistency. Personal beliefs about treatment also play a role. What challenges make staying consistent difficult? What practical or emotional supports improve adherence?

There are so many reasons why someone might not be consistent with their medications. It can be financial reasons and as a result, they can't get their drugs as and at when due. Some might just he lazy to complete their dosage once they start feeling better. I have done that so many times.

Sticking with medication can be harder than people realize. Side effects, busy routines, or simply forgetting can get in the way, and some people may feel uncomfortable taking medication regularly. Personally, having someone supportive around and keeping a simple routine would probably make consistency feel much easier.

Forgetting doses, dealing with side effects, complicated schedules, and concerns about medication can all make consistency difficult. Simple reminders, pill organizers, supportive family members, and regular check-ins can help. Feeling understood rather than judged also matters, because people may be more open about difficulties when they feel comfortable discussing them.
