I used to walk a lot, but lately I've had a car, so there's less of that.

Journaling your feelings can be good, but some men don't like it because they think it exhibits weakness.
 
I follow a few mental health self-care practices that really help. I take short breaks during the day, stay active, and talk to someone I trust. These small habits make a big difference in how I feel.
