Some people feel better after being around others, while others need plenty of time alone to recharge. How do you know when you need company and when you need space?

My social life has a pretty big effect on my mental health. I feel better when I spend time with friends or family, especially when I’ve had a stressful day. Having people to talk to helps me feel less overwhelmed. I also need some quiet time when I feel drained.

These days, social media has become an important part of everyone’s life. However, if someone has had a bad experience or conflict on a social media platform, they may start avoiding it altogether. Something like this happened to me on Facebook a few years ago. Even today, I don’t like browsing Facebook because whenever I see it, my mind goes back to what happened back then, and it causes me stress.
