Some see overthinking as something that can be controlled, while others see it as part of anxiety. What do you think?
 
I see overthinking as usually a habit, but it can become a mental health concern if it’s constant, distressing, or interferes with daily life. Occasional rumination is normal, but persistent worry, analysis paralysis, or intrusive thoughts may signal anxiety or depression that deserves attention and coping strategies.
