Let's start a thread of just random advice. Since we are a mental health community, let's focus on mental health topics. It could be anything from how I deal with stress in my life to how can I handle my angry teen.

How do you calm racing thoughts before sleep?
I struggle to quiet my mind at night and would love to hear your tips or routines that help with better rest. What works for you?

When feeling overwhelmed by stress, I find deep breathing and short walks outside really help reset my mind. What are some small habits you use to calm your anxiety during tough days?
 
When things feel emotionally heavy, I try not to judge myself for it. I remind myself that feelings are temporary signals, not permanent states. Taking a short walk, breathing slowly, or stepping away from noise helps reset my mind. Small pauses like that can make emotions easier to understand and handle.
 
I see the only solution to dealing with stress as the process of taking enough and excess nap this is very good way to deal with stress angry teen can only be careted for regular positive words they received anything that pass to their brain quickly at that point
