Are Arguments Always Bad for Relationships?

Disagreements can strengthen understanding or destroy trust. Do you think fighting is a normal part of healthy relationships, or a warning sign of deeper emotional issues?

Misunderstandings, disagreements and arguments are not bad for a relationship when the two people involved in the relationship can have a misunderstanding and still maintain mutual respect for each other. It becomes bad when it degenerates into disrespect and manipulation.

Arguments are a part of a healthy relationship. It's perfectly normal for a couple to argue from time to time, life isn't perfect and neither are relationships. It's perfectly normal to disagree with one another.

Arguments becomes toxic if done consistently. It creates strife and tension amongst partners. I strongly believe there should be a balance. The rate at which you enjoy each other's company should be more than the rate at which you argue.
