Some children prefer digital communication and struggle with face-to-face interaction. Over time this can lead to avoidance, panic in group settings or stiff social behavior. What clues show that avoidance is becoming a mental health concern? What helps them build real-world social comfort?

It’s possible that early, heavy online interaction contributes to social avoidance in some Gen Alpha kids. Spending more time online can reduce face-to-face practice and confidence, but outcomes vary. I believe balanced real-world experiences, guidance, and supportive environments help mitigate potential social withdrawal.
