It is generally believed that men can stay up until 2 working and then wake up at 6 and again go to work, be in debt, broke, even alone, but still have faith that one day everything will work out. They say this is what being a man.
Do you really think men are mentally tough, they are better in handling their mental and emotional issues?

Men aren’t inherently more or less mentally tough than anyone else.
Mental toughness depends more on personality, upbringing, coping skills, and support systems than gender. Hiwever, it is also true that Social expectations can pressure men to appear strong and hide emotions, which sometimes gets mistaken for toughness.

Everyone experiences stress differently, and resilience is something people develop over time, not something tied to being male or female.

Us men are taught to keep things bottled up and not to cry since it's seen as a weakness. I had to learn that crying is fine and healthy, I still don't like crying especially in front of other people but sometimes it happens. I think lots of men suffer in silence and are too afraid to let others know how they truly feel. Then they tend to lash out on others because they don't have a healthy way of dealing with the stress of everyday life.

I don’t think toughness is determined by gender. Men and women both struggle, but they often express it differently because of social expectations. I’ve seen men around me appear more “tough” on the outside, but that doesn’t always mean they handle emotions better, just that they may hide them more.

I don't think that men are mentally tough, but instead they find ways to bottle things up and cope so as not to look weak in the face of issues and problems.

I know having 3 sons, I have seen this many times, where you can tell things are affecting them, but they keep it bottled up to look tough. Unfortunately, I have also seen them explode when it has become too much.

Men naturally experience human emotions the same way women do. There is no biological or scientific evidence to show that men experience those emotions differently. It is society that has us taught men never to express those emotions. And they end up surprising it. And it still becomes a problem to those men later.
