Terms like anxiety, trauma, and depression are now widely used online. Some say this increases awareness, while others feel it dilutes serious conditions. Are these terms being overused, or is this just better understanding? How should people use mental health language responsibly?

I think mental health labels are often overused in casual conversation, sometimes to describe normal moods or behavior rather than clinical conditions. While awareness is good, overuse can dilute understanding, stigmatize real disorders, or trivialize professional diagnoses. Clear distinctions between everyday stress and genuine mental health issues are important.
