There are people that have never gone to therapy for once in their lives to manage their mental health. It's not that they don't need it but they haven't considered it.

Have you ever combined therapy and medication for any mental issues you've experienced? How effective was the procedure?

I am not an expert on the subject and I have never been into any kind of serious mental health issues but based on my observation, I think when you combine medication with therapy, your healing process is faster. Mental health issues need emotional and psychological help, which can be provided through therapy.

Therapy and medication together tend to be more effective than either alone. I can say this based on my personal experience as well as observation in friends and family. Medication can help stabilize symptoms, making it easier to engage in therapy, while therapy provides tools and coping strategies to manage challenges long-term.

I think combining therapy and medication is the best way to deal with mental health challenges. Medication can reduce symptoms enough to make therapy more effective, while therapy helps develop coping skills and long-term strategies, addressing the root causes rather than just the immediate symptoms.
