Avoiding Depression

I see most of the people goes in depression when they had finacial issues, but how one can overcome this issue? No one helps in this world for money so my thinking is these type of depression is on life end.

we see interest rates are going high on every month if didnt paid on time.
If you have any solution on this just post here let see what can be done at this stage. since
 
Avoiding depression isn’t always fully in our control, but some habits can reduce risk. Staying active, maintaining social connections, getting enough sleep, eating well, and managing stress help. Talking about feelings, seeking support early, and keeping a balanced routine can also protect mental health over time.
 
While it’s impossible to guarantee complete avoidance of depression, risk can be reduced. Healthy habits like regular exercise, strong social connections, balanced sleep, stress management, and professional support when needed can improve your mood. Awareness and early intervention help prevent mild symptoms from developing into more serious episodes.
 
Avoiding depression entirely isn’t always possible, because it can be influenced by biology, life events, and stress. But I can reduce the risk and manage it early.
I focus on regular sleep, physical activity, meaningful relationships, and limiting isolation. I also try to notice early signs like low mood, loss of interest and take them seriously. Talking to someone, building routines, and seeking professional help when needed make a real difference.
