After psychosis, some people become more self-conscious or worried about how others perceive them, leading to increased social anxiety. Have you noticed this connection? What has helped you or someone you know rebuild social confidence?

I think social anxiety can develop after psychotic experiences, especially if the person fears judgment, misunderstanding, or another episode occurring in public. Difficult experiences may reduce confidence and increase self-consciousness, making social situations feel more threatening.
