Do any of you keep a journal, diary, or even a daily personal blog (whether private or public)?

I often think this could be a great way to manage mental health and your psyche. You get your thoughts out every day.

What do you all think?

Could you or have you done this?
 
I’ve never kept a diary or had a personal blog, but I believe it could be really helpful. Writing down your thoughts every day seems like a good way to process emotions, track patterns, and clear your mind, especially when life feels overwhelming.
