Unplugging from screens can improve focus and reduce stress. How often do you take digital breaks? Do you notice differences in mood, sleep, or relationships when you spend a day offline?

I highly recommend people take breaks from tech whenever they can. Sometimes we need to unwind from the digital world, especially if you're someone who is addicted to the internet, tech, or social media. I think digital detoxing is the way to go. Take a break from it for a weekend, or even longer if you can.

I don't take digital breaks myself because my work deals with use of Internet connected devices. Thise who have issues often say even a few hours away from screens helps them feel calmer and more focused. They say they got better sleep, more meaningful conversations, and less mental clutter. Making offline time a regular habit seems to have lasting benefits.
