Modern life is fast-paced, but previous generations had their own struggles. Is stress increasing, or just becoming more visible?

I agree, this generation is more stressed than the previous generation. The current lifestyle is very demanding, you have to prove your worth where ever you go, you are in a rat race, and all of these things make you stressed out.

I agree. Modern life brings constant connectivity, faster pace, and greater economic pressures, which amplify stress. Unlike previous generations, people face digital overload, work-life blur, and social comparison online. While past generations had challenges, today’s environment intensifies mental strain and reduces downtime for recovery.

I agree that people are more stressed!! The reason, in my opinion, is that we simply have too much going on in our lives! Life was simpler when I was growing up because we didn't have tons of extra-curricular activities that would take up our time; we would be involved with one or two things only. For adults, the dad would work and the mom stayed home with the kids and cared for the home. In the evenings we'd all sit down and watch tv before bed. It was pain free!
