Do you agree or disagree that social media does more harm than good for mental health?

Many people say social media increases comparison, anxiety, and distraction, while others find support and connection online. Which side do you lean toward, and why?

I partly agree. Social media can harm mental health through comparison, cyberbullying, and information overload, but it also offers support, community, and access to helpful resources. The impact depends on how it’s used. mindful, balanced use can provide benefits, while overuse or negative interactions can be harmful.
